A new member gets free matches the moment they arrive, so the first few conversations cost nothing and you can decide whether the Tumile chat vibe suits you before a coin ever leaves your balance. Guests can start right away; signing in simply keeps what you collect attached to you.

After that, the Reward Center banner above the matching screen keeps topping you up. When its timer runs out you claim a reward, which is either free matches or coins, and the timer restarts at the exact moment you tap claim. There is no streak to protect and nothing resets if you skip a day. Check in several times a day and you collect several times a day.

Tumile coins are the single currency across the whole app. They cover the parts that go beyond a quick random match:

• Carrying on with random matching once your free matches are used up.
• Private 1v1 video calls, placed to a person you picked from the online list.
• Gifts sent mid-call or from inside a live room.
• Entry to live rooms that ask for a ticket or are reserved for paying members.
• Spinning the wheel that shows up in some live rooms.

Every Tumile recharge happens inside TumileChat itself. Open the recharge screen, which also appears by itself whenever something needs more coins than you hold, pick a coin pack, and pay with one of the payment options listed there. What you see on that screen is the full, current menu of packs and methods for your account; we do not sell coins anywhere else, and nobody from TumileChat will message you offering a cheaper top up.

If you hold VIP, member prices appear on that same screen. Sign in before you pay so the coins land on an account rather than a guest session. Once you are logged in, your balance follows you from phone to laptop. If a Tumile payment goes through but the coins do not appear, write to [email protected] with the time of purchase and we will trace it.

Coins stretch a lot further when you spend them on purpose. A few habits help:

• Use your free matches first, and claim from the Reward Center before you think about a top up.
• Look at the entry rules on a ticketed or member-only room before you pay to get in.
• Save private calls for someone you have already chatted with, in a random match or a live room, so you know the conversation is worth it.
• Treat gifts as optional. They are a way to say thanks, never a requirement for anyone to keep talking to you.

A paid call never begins quietly. Short of coins for a private Tumile video call? TumileChat pauses on a top-up screen before anyone connects. You always know what is about to cost coins and can back out without losing anything.

Gifts work the same way. Tapping a gift brings up a confirmation, so a stray thumb in a busy live video chat room does not empty your wallet. Some rooms hand out a free gift now and then, and those are marked clearly so you can tell them apart from paid ones.

Every site or video that promises free coins from a generator, hack tool or modded app is a scam. Coins live on our servers, not on your phone, so no tool can create them. Those pages exist to collect your login, push malware or get you to fill in surveys.
