Safe to use, smart to be careful.

Is Tumile safe? Safe enough for adults who use it with their eyes open, and not a place where nothing can ever go wrong. You are talking to strangers on camera. We can give you strong tools and act fast on reports, but we cannot see through the lens on the other side, and any service that claims it can is overselling.

So this page does two jobs. It explains what TumileChat handles on its side, and it is honest about the gaps only you can cover.

A few protections are built into every part of Tumile chat:

• Adults only. TumileChat is for people 18 and over, with no exceptions.
• One-tap reporting in every call and every live room, right on the screen where the problem happens.
• Moderation that reviews reports and removes accounts that break our community guidelines.
• No surprise charges. A paid call never starts without enough coins in your balance, and gifts ask you to confirm before they are sent.
• Camera and microphone access only when you allow it, plus voice and text modes for when you would rather stay off screen.

Here is the part many apps leave out. Nothing stops the person you are talking to from filming their display with another phone or quietly running a screen recorder. Treat every Tumile video call as though it might be saved, because technically it could be.

People also lie. A match card shows the age, country and language someone entered, and most people are honest, but a card is not a passport. Someone can claim to be younger, older, somewhere else or someone else entirely. Keep that in mind before you trust a story that is moving unusually fast.

Links are the third gap. Someone can paste a web address into chat or read one out loud, and we cannot vouch for where it leads. If you did not go looking for it, do not open it, and never type your TumileChat password into a page someone sent you.

None of these take effort once they are routine:

• Keep your full name, workplace, school and home area to yourself. A first name or nickname is plenty.
• Check what the camera sees behind you. Letters, windows and badges give away more than people expect.
• Do not show anything on camera you would mind a stranger keeping.
• Stay on TumileChat. Requests to move to another app right away are a common first step in scams.
• Press next the moment something feels off, and report it if it crossed a line. You owe nobody an explanation.

The most common trouble is not dramatic. It is someone who builds a quick connection and then needs money: a plane ticket, a hospital bill, a gift card to "prove" you care. Genuine people on TumileChat do not ask strangers for cash. Report it and move on.

The other script targets your wallet from the opposite direction. Sites and videos offering "free coins" generators, hacks or modded Tumile apks are scams, full stop; at best they waste your time, at worst they steal your login. The only free matches are the ones TumileChat itself gives you: the welcome matches on a new account and whatever the Reward Center pays out when its timer ends. Read those threads the way you would read any review: one person's night is a single data point, not the whole picture.
