Terms of Service

TumileChat is open only to adults aged 18 and up who can legally accept this agreement under local law. Using the service confirms that both are true. Accounts that turn out to belong to a minor are closed without notice.

Activity on your account is your responsibility. Keep your sign-in details private, and let us know quickly if you suspect someone else has gained access.

TumileChat provides random matching for 1v1 video, voice and text chat, translation of typed messages, an online list with private calls, live rooms, and a Reward Center. We keep improving the product, which means features can be added, changed or retired over time. We aim to keep the service running smoothly but cannot promise it will be available every moment or free of bugs.

Coins and VIP membership are digital items for use inside TumileChat. Coins let you keep matching after free matches are used, start private calls, send gifts and enter some paid or ticketed rooms. VIP gives you a member badge (hiding it is up to you) plus member prices when you buy coins.

Coins live only inside your TumileChat account. They are not money, they do not earn interest, and they cannot be turned back into currency, moved to another account or sold to anyone else. Prices are shown before you pay. If your balance is short, the top-up request comes before a paid call starts, never as a charge afterwards, and gifts ask for a confirmation before they are sent.

Purchases are generally final once the coins or membership have been delivered, except where the law where you live gives you a right to a refund. If a charge looks wrong, email us and we will look into it.

The Reward Center offers rewards, such as free matches or coins, on a countdown that starts again from each claim. It is a bonus, not a contract. We can adjust what it gives, how often, and to whom, or pause it altogether, and past rewards do not guarantee future ones.

Everyone on TumileChat follows the community guidelines. In short, you agree not to:

• Show sexual content to people who have not asked for it, or involve minors in any way.
• Harass, threaten, or attack anyone for who they are.
• Record other people and share or threaten to share the footage.
• Run scams, ask for money, or push people to outside services.
• Use bots, automation, fake accounts or tricks to game matching, rewards or payments.
• Interfere with the service, probe it for weaknesses, or copy it.

What you say and show on TumileChat is yours. You give us permission to carry it, display it to the people you are talking with, translate it when asked, and review it when it is reported, for as long as that is needed to run and protect the service. You are responsible for making sure you have the right to share it.

We may warn a member, limit what an account can do, or suspend or close it when it breaks these terms or the guidelines, or that puts other people at risk. Serious breaches can lead to closure on the first occurrence. Coins or VIP time left on a closed account for rule breaking are not refunded. If you think we got it wrong, you can appeal by emailing [email protected].

You can stop using TumileChat whenever you like and ask us to delete your account through the same address.

TumileChat connects you with strangers in real time. We cannot vouch for what other members say or do, and you use the service knowing that. We do not offer guarantees beyond what is written here, and our responsibility for losses connected to the service is kept as narrow as the law where you live permits. Nothing in these terms takes away rights that local consumer law gives you.

As TumileChat evolves, these terms may be revised too. The date at the top shows the latest version, and for important changes we will give signed-in members a heads-up. If you keep using TumileChat once an update takes effect, you are agreeing to the revised terms. Questions go to [email protected].
