Something off? Tell us.
The TumileChat team answers by email at [email protected]. Accounts, coins, reports, appeals and ideas all come to the same place.

In short
Email [email protected] with your nickname and what happened. Use the in-call report button for rule breaks, write with Appeal in the subject line to contest a restriction, and note that there is no phone support.
One inbox, real people
Every message to TumileChat support lands in the same place and is read by a person on our team. Account trouble, a top-up that did not show up, a question about a live room, feedback on how Tumile chat feels to use: all of it goes to the one address above.
Replies go out roughly first come, first served, and urgent safety matters get looked at first. If you send a follow-up, reply in the same thread rather than starting a new one, so the whole story stays together and nobody has to ask you twice.
Help us help you on the first reply
A little detail saves a lot of back and forth. When you write, try to include:
- Your TumileChat nickname, and the email you signed in with if you have an account.
- A short account of the problem and about when it happened.
- The device and browser you were using, if it is a technical problem.
- For a coin or VIP question, the date of the purchase and the payment method you used. Never send full card numbers or passwords.
Trouble in a call? Report first
If someone breaks the rules during a match or in a live room, the report button on screen is faster than email. It sends that session straight to our safety team with the context we need. Email is best for things the button cannot capture, such as a problem that carried on after the call ended. What our team does with each report is covered on the safety page.
Think we got it wrong?
Mistakes happen, and we would rather fix one than defend it.
If your account was restricted and you believe it was a mistake, reply with the subject line Appeal, your nickname, and a short explanation. A person who was not part of the original decision looks at it again. Common questions about logins, coins and devices are also answered in our help center.
We do not run a phone line or live chat for support. Email keeps a written record for both sides, which makes charges and appeals easier to sort out. Be wary of anyone claiming to be TumileChat staff on another app or by phone; we will only ever write to you from our own address.

FAQ
Contacting TumileChat
How do I contact Tumile chat support?
Send an email to [email protected] that includes your nickname and what went wrong. A member of the TumileChat team reads every message.
Does TumileChat have a phone number?
No. Support is handled by email only, so there is always something in writing, which makes charges and appeals easier to resolve.
How do I report a user on TumileChat?
Tap report on the call screen or in the live room while it is happening. It is faster than email and sends the session details directly to our safety team.
My coins did not arrive after a top-up. What should I do?
Email support with your nickname, the purchase date and the payment method. Do not include full card numbers; we can trace the order without them.
How do I appeal a ban on Tumile?
Write to support with Appeal in the subject line, your nickname and why you think the decision was wrong. Someone new reviews the case.
How do I delete my TumileChat account?
Write to support using the email on your account and request that it be deleted. We confirm once your account and its data have been removed.
Can I send product ideas to TumileChat?
Yes, please do. Suggestions go to the same inbox and help decide what we improve next.
