Help Center
Short answers to the questions people ask us most. If yours is not here, email [email protected] and a person on the TumileChat team will get back to you.
Getting started
Open tumilechat.live, press start, allow the camera and microphone when your browser asks, and choose video, voice or text. You are matched with one random person. Talk, or press next to meet someone else. Trying it requires no account.
Want TumileChat sitting on your phone as an app? Add a shortcut from the browser menu. The steps for iPhone and Android are on our Tumile app page. There is no apk and no app store version.
Signing in and switching devices
Signing in keeps your coins, VIP status and settings tied to your account, so they follow you from phone to laptop. If you use TumileChat in a desktop browser or want to sign in somewhere new, see Tumile web.
- Use the same sign-in method you picked the first time, or your balance will not appear.
- If you are stuck on the sign-in screen, clear the site data for tumilechat.live and try again.
- Lost access to the email on your account? Contact support with your nickname and we will help verify you.
Camera and microphone problems
- Make sure access was granted. Most browsers show a lock or site-settings icon beside the web address; tap it and turn camera and microphone on for tumilechat.live.
- Quit any other app that could be holding the camera, for example a video calling or recording app.
- On iPhone, use Safari for the most reliable camera support; on Android, Chrome works best.
- Still black or silent? Reload the page, or restart the browser.
- Poor quality usually comes from a weak connection or low light. Move closer to your router or a window.
Coins, VIP and payments
Coins let you keep matching after your free matches are used, start private calls, send gifts and enter some paid rooms. VIP membership brings a hideable badge and member rates on coin packs. Our Tumile coins page explains the details.
- If coins do not appear after paying, wait a moment and refresh, then email support with the purchase date and payment method.
- TumileChat will ask you to top up before a paid call starts; it does not start charging behind your back.
- Gifts ask for confirmation before they are sent.
- Anyone offering coin generators or hacked versions is running a scam. Do not enter your details.
The Reward Center
Look at the top of the matching screen. When the countdown ends, claim your reward, which may be free matches or coins. Each claim restarts the clock, so collecting several times in one day is normal. There is no streak to keep up and nothing resets if you are away. What the Reward Center offers can change over time.
Live rooms
In the online list, switch to Live, then swipe vertically to hop from room to room. Inside a room you can type with translation on hand, give gifts, try the prize wheel, or call the person streaming one to one. Entry to certain rooms depends on a ticket, following the person streaming, or a paying account. More on our live video chat page.
Reports, safety and appeals
Use the report button in any call or live room when someone breaks the rules; it is faster than email. If your own account was restricted and you think it was a mistake, email support with Appeal in the subject line.
Deleting your account
For account deletion, email [email protected] from the address registered to that account. Unused coins and VIP time are lost when an account is deleted, so use them first if you want to. For anything else, head to our contact page.
